About Tim

I am a graduate of Saint Anselm College, with a degree in International Relations. I am running for re-election to restore New Hampshire values to Concord,defend our liberty, and to preserve the NH low-tax advantage.

The Democrats have been running roughshod over the Constitution; Parental rights have been challenged, spending is up over 20 percent, and the legislature has refused to listen to real reductions in spending offered by several concerned representatives.

House leadership even went as far as allowing a never before tried contingent motion, followed by a backroom deal to allow a coin flip to determine which budget bill the House and Senate would work on. I will fight dirty deals such as this.

The House must be returned to the people, so that it can focus on business that matters to the communities of Epping and Fremont. Spiraling spending will damage our way of life, and a continued bowing to the unconstitutional actions of the Federal Government may forever damage our liberties.

• I voted NO on the tax increasing budget that created the onerous LLC tax.
• I voted NO on increasing auto and truck registration fees.
• I co-sponsored HCR6 and HB1343; two acts which would restore state powers under the 10th Amendment to the US Constitution.
• I also supported a bill to make it a CRIME for any agent of government to interfere with access to private health care. (NO OBAMACARE!)

All of these actions show that I have upheld my campaign pledge to DEFEND YOUR LIBERTY!

It is time to elect strong leadership to get the job done! I have signed the pledge to cap state spending, and be as fiscally responsible as you have to be in daily life. I will always uphold the Constitution of both this state, and the Nation, as they are the legal principles upon which we were founded. By making Constitutional decisions, cutting wasteful spending, and listening directly to your concerns, I will help keep NH income and sales tax free!
